People discovered nearly a thousand year old ancient city in Mexico

Archaeologists have discovered a huge ancient city with more than 40,000 buildings. These are large and small, hidden classic buildings that’s deep beneath rock of central Mexico.

Not long ago, by means of modern laser scanning, archaeologists found tens of thousands of ancient structures in the jungles of Guatemala. Now with this technology, scientists continue to find an ancient city in Mexico.

This newly discovered city is called Angamuco, and was discovered by American archaeologists. The city is believed to be part of the Purepecha rule.

It was the people who built a brilliant civilization in Central Mexico from the 9th century to the 16th century. Today, the Purepecha people still exist and are living along Patzcuaro lake.

Scientists estimate that 100,000 people lived in Angamuco during the city’s golden age, around 1000-1300. This may stem from the fertility of arable land as the city is located on the ground covered with volcanic lava for thousands of years.

The American archeological team also discovered an anomaly in the spatial planning of this thousand-year-old city. The city’s iconic constructions such as pyramids, their gathering places were built in eight areas on the outskirts of the city. instead they are concentrated in the center like other ancient cities found in Central America.

Scientists have also used this advanced technology to find a huge architectural complex in the ancient Mayan architecture hidden deep in the jungle in Peten, Guatemala. The architectural complex consists of 60,000 houses, four sacrificial centers and a 30 m high pyramid. An estimated 10 million Mayans have lived in the area before.

To date, more than 7,000 archaeological structures identified by LIDAR technology have been confirmed by ground explorers. Fisher says his team is continuing to use this LIDAR technology to study another archaeological site in Mosquitia.

Mr. Ebrard added that the two sides will continue to meet at the end of the day, and are likely to come to a more consistent consistent view of Mexico’s proposals.

Mr Ebrard declined to comment on the US proposal of a “safe third country” that Washington considers one of the key requirements in the agreement. Earlier, the Mexican rejected the proposal, which requires migrants from Central American countries to seek asylum in Mexico instead of the United States.

Secretary of State Ebrard added that Mexico had proposed 6,000 troops of the national guards to ensure border security to Guatemala. They stopped the flow of people.

Meanwhile, Mexican Foreign Ministry spokesman Robert Velasco Alvarez said there was still disagreement in the talks between the two countries.
